Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: October 2020
Following the recent updated government guidance we know you will have questions about the implications on Spectrum Family Law, and the management of your case during the continuing pandemic.
We would like to update you on our policies and procedures around Coronavirus and to assure you that you will be able to continue working with Spectrum Family Law during this difficult time in various ways. Directors and staff are following guidance issued from NHS England, Public Health England, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Law Society, together with Guidance issued directly from Government Officials.
Immediately to reassure you, everyone at Spectrum Family Law is fine. The well-being of our clients and our staff is of paramount importance to us. No one is currently symptomatic or is known to have been in contact with anyone who is. However, in line with government advice, although we remain open for business our Directors and staff continue to work remotely from home and our office at Equity House is closed. All our systems are available remotely and conferences with yourselves or barristers will be conducted over the telephone, Skype or video conferencing. We are not conducting face to face meetings during this time for the safety of our clients and staff.
For further information on how our remote meetings work please click here.
We appreciate that this is a potentially frightening time for many and we wanted to keep you updated as to the policies and procedures we have in place to ensure that business continues as normal.
We wish you all well during this difficult time, keep safe and keep well.
